The City of Russellville announces the “Trick or Treat” hours for the City of Russellville will be from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM on Saturday October 31st.  There will be no City sponsored Halloween activities this year.  Specifically, the City of Russellville offices, Recreation Center, and Fire Department will not be distributing candy.

Participation in traditional Trick or Treat activities at private residences will be at the discretion of residents and parents/guardians. We are asking that anyone who chooses to participate wear a mask, hand sanitize regularly, and maintain social distancing.

If you do not wish to hand out candy or otherwise participate in Trick or Treating at your residence, we ask that you turn your porch/exterior lights off.  Please do not allow children to approach residences that do not have a porch light/exterior light turned on.

If you or a family member are displaying or have been displaying any COVID symptoms, we ask that you please do not participate.

COVID has disrupted all of our lives and it is the hope that by issuing these guidelines, those who wish to participate can have a safe and enjoyable Halloween.
