NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Russellville, Kentucky, is accepting bids for a ten (10) year natural gas franchise. Bids must be delivered to Russellville City Hall before 10:00 a.m. C.D.T. on April 30, 2020. The Russellville City Council will on May 5, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, Russellville, Kentucky, consider offers for the sale to the highest and best bidder, plus all costs, including advertising cost, a franchise as defined in Ordinance No. 2020-03 adopted by the City Council on April 7, 2020 the full text of which Ordinance, including the agreement containing the terms of the franchise, is available for inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Russellville, Kentucky between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
